Repairs & Maintenance All works are carried out by qualified, independent and trusted contractors who undergo regular QC checks for both workmanship and Health & Safety compliance

Major Building Works We organise major building works including appointing independent surveyors and supervisors and serving Section 20 notices where required for project expenditure in excess of £250 per unit.

Block/Building Insurances We source highly competitive and relevant insurance quotes for Buildings Insurance, Lift Insurance, Directors & Officers Insurance as well as Terrorism Cover where applicable.

Regular Property Inspections Ensuring your building is maintained to an exceptionally high standard is paramount and we regularly communicate by email with all residents.

Meeting Attendance We will attend your AGM, Directors meetings and Residents meetings. We can take minutes or even chair the meeting should you want us to.

Brokering Gas and Electricity Ensuring that all residents get value for money, we broker communal Gas and Electricity and ensure that residential units are only paying 5% VAT

Accounting We provide directors with quarterly management accounts to assist with budgeting and when it comes to filing, your accountant can liaise with us if required.

Collections We collect all ground rents and service charges to save you time and expense.
